Cancellation Policy

To cancel please email eric@ekrentertainment.com your cancellation letter. If cancelled within 1 week or less, 50% is non-refundable from your deposit. If cancelled within 48 hours or less there is a 100% non-refundable deposit. There is a $50 cleaning charge that is non-refundable due at the time of delivery.
