BOOKING YOUR DATE:

All bookings are completed online or by phone by selecting an available date/time and making a 50% deposit. This deposit is credited toward your final balance which is due upon delivery before the start of the event. Only 50% deposit refund in the event of a reservation being canceled within 7 days of your event. NO deposit refund in the event of a reservation being canceled within 48 hours of your event. We will make every effort to reschedule your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary 7 days before the event.

 

PAYMENT:

All major credit cards accepted. Cash & Checks are acceptable but must be received and cleared prior to the event.  There is an additional $100 an hour charge for every hour the EKR Entertainment Mobile Entertainment Trailer is late.

 

TIMING OF PAYMENT:

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your requested event date and time. All remaining balances are due upon delivery before the start of the event. 

  

PRIVACY POLICY:

EKR Entertainment is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. If authorized, pictures may be used for social media and websites. 

 

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:

Our primary service area is Sonoma County.  We also service outside our primary area but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area.  Any event outside Sonoma County you will be charged a travel surcharge (which includes gas and tolls).

 

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:

EKR Entertainment does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times. Guests under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian be responsible for all activity in and around the trailer. 

 

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:

Alcohol or drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the EKR Entertainment Mobile Entertainment Trailer. 

 

CLEANING FEE:

EKR Entertainment requires a $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. This charge will be charged upon delivery on the date of the event.

 

DAMAGE/INJURY:

EKR Entertainment or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the trailer in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, EKR Entertainment reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by client or client’s guests. EKR Entertainment or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

 

SMOKING:

EKR Entertainment does not allow smoking in or around our mobile game theater. Please keep any smoking activity away from the theater.

 

GAMBLING:

EKR Entertainment Mobile Entertainment Trailer is to be used for fun and non monetary gaming entertainment purposes ONLY!  Gambling of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the EKR Entertainment Mobile Entertainment Trailer. 

 

OUR TRUCK/TRAILER:

The customer is required to provide a relatively flat, safe area for the EKR Entertainment Mobile Entertainment Trailer to park. Street fronts are preferable. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. Please have a blocked off area for the trailer. If you do not have enough space, we recommend that you contact your local church or recreation center. If the location is deemed unsafe for the customers, players or other guests at the time of arrival, EKR Entertainment will request an alternative location be provided. If an alternative location cannot be found, we will allow the event to be rescheduled if before the 7 day cancellation period. We will park on driveways only if we can do so safely and there is enough room for the truck and trailer to maneuver into the driveway. If you are in a neighborhood, it is recommended to inform your neighbors as we might also have to block a driveway.

 

**Please keep in mind that we will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park.
